In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • General helpdesk support, answering customer queries and escalating
  • Remote access support, password resets etc
  • Logging tickets and handling enquires promptly
  • Handling hardware and software issues

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £12,400 Per annum
  • Monday – Friday, Shift pattern (7:30 – 4:30) (8:30 – 17:00) (9:30 – 18:00)
  • 23 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays
  • Training bonus for relevant qualifications/certifications

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Computer literate

  • Great written and verbal skills
  • Strong communication
  • GCSE Grade C/4 in Maths Grade C/5 in English

Your Training with Baltic:

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support technician.
