In this role, you'll be more than just an apprentice – you'll be a superhero in the making! You'll dive head first into the world of cutting-edge technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, React Native – and watch your ideas come to life, go beyond the basics and conquer the art of data storage with Google Cloud's NoSQL technology and get hands-on with the groundbreaking Gemini AI and see how it can revolutionise the way we develop software.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Software Development Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Bridge the gap between code and data sources, making those crucial connections.
  • Become a master communicator, collaborating effectively with teammates (including their Managing Director, developers, and commercial director) and external customers. They use a variety of channels to stay connected, from email and face-to-face meetings to Monday.com, WhatsApp groups, and phone call.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
