Baltic Apprenticeships are now in partnership with Henderson Design Group who are looking for a Data Apprentice to join their ever-growing team. You will be getting involved in everything from collecting data to generating monthly reports and working with PowerBi, it’s a fantastic role to start out with. In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Data Essentials Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

 

A Typical Day in the Job:

 

  • Collating data and generating reports on faulty goods
  • Entering data into the WMS/ERP (Business Central) – primarily around inventory (such as status, replenishment quantities, weights, BOM info, categories, channel linking and many more)
  • Using that data to generate various Power BI reports such as… stock outs, wrongly located stock, stock missing information, replenishment reports, etc
  • Monthly warehouse valuation reports & monthly best seller reports
  • Setting up inventory cycle count information in Business Central, and then monitoring that they’re being completed – willing to help complete cycle counts required
  • Using system knowledge to investigate inventory discrepancies raised by warehouse

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

 

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £14,000 – £17,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm – After Probation, shift will move to Tuesday to Saturday

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Grade 4 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI.
  • Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to team projects.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work.
