This is an opportunity to join a leading housing group renowned for its dedication to training and development. You'll be part of a dynamic helpdesk team within a company comprising 1,000 staff members. The team provides ample support to ensure you successfully complete your Apprenticeship. Notably, the company has had two apprentices in the past who have transitioned into full-time roles, demonstrating a strong track record of fostering career growth.

As the first point of contact for all staff technical issues, your responsibilities will include logging and addressing various tickets promptly, setting up new users on internal systems, and preparing their equipment for use.



In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Helping diagnose malfunctioning systems, hardware and software using Event Viewer, Active Directory and Wireshark.
  • Providing support both physically and virtually with updates, wireless connections, networks, and cloud systems.
  • Logging and managing ICT technical support incidents and queries on Freshdesk ticketing system – ensuring work is delivered in line with agreed SLA's.
  • Assisting with the ongoing provision of a secure ICT infrastructure
  • Act as a first point of contact to colleagues, problem solve and support users with technical issues.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (35 hours per week)
