What You’ll Do:

As an IT Support Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in a range of IT tasks.

Here’s what a typical day might look like:

  • Assist in managing the helpdesk ticket system to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  • Support the upgrade processes for our ICT and phone systems.
  • Help manage and maintain the ICT system’s maintenance program.
  • Undertake other general IT duties as needed to support the team.

  • Competitive salary ranging from £15,000 to £20,000 per annum.
  • Monday to Thursday from 9am to 3:30pm, and Friday from 9am to 2:30pm.

  • Good communication skills.
