In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Data Essentials Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Lead & assist with data entry and analysis.
  • Maintain & control our data systems and spreadsheets
  •  Provide opportunity and support to the team around data findings
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and organised records.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Support in organising meetings and events.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects.
  • Assist team with day to day admin duties.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £13,000 Per annum
  • Monday – Thursday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 20 days + 8 bank holidays.
  • Salary increases based on performance
  • Staff social events

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • GCSE grade 4/C in Maths & English or level 2 functional skills

Your Training with Baltic:

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Junior Data Analyst.
