Are you passionate about technology and looking to kickstart your career in IT? Eat IT Drink IT are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as an IT Apprentice. As a leading provider of expert consultation, installation, support, and servicing for the dynamic restaurant and bar industry, they’re dedicated to delivering top-notch technological solutions.
As an IT Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside seasoned professionals in the field. You'll be involved in various aspects of IT support, gaining hands-on experience in troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and customer service within the restaurant and bar industry. This role offers a fantastic chance to develop your technical skills while contributing to the success of their clients.
In this role, you’ll work towards your IT Support Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
· Providing 1st line support on both hardware and software to users across all sites
· Maintaining strong positive relationships with all key personnel to ensure a consistently high level of support and service across all customers
· Maintain internal systems and customer facing support systems
· Working and maintaining IT Networks such as installing, updating and upgrading them where needed
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
· £13,500 per annum
· 2 shift patters
· 1st 08:00 – 17:00
· 2nd 09:00 – 18:00
· Monday – Friday
· 28 days holiday including bank holidays
· Training programmes available
