As an IT Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to provide essential IT support to businesses across a diverse range of sectors. In this role, you’ll work towards your IT Technician Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Providing first level IT Support to Senior Technicians both onsite and offsite
• Communicating via Telephone, emails and the ticketing system
• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
• Working on the helpdesk
• Installing and configuring a wide range of hardware

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £12,500 per annum
• Monday – Friday
• 09:00 – 17:00
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Company pension scheme

• Grade 4/C in Maths and English GCSE or Functional Skills equivalent
