Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship

As a Multi-Channel Marker, you will be an essential part of the team responsible for working on email campaigns, analyse campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, use data to set clear goals on campaigns, report on SEO to ensure you’re getting the results and so much more to reach your TRUE POTENTIAL!

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Chanel Marketing qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Oversee email marketing campaigns
• Collaborate on customer acquisition campaigns across various channels
• You will analyse campaigns using data from Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEM Rush and other platforms to track performance against KPIs
• You will set clear digital goals and objectives in line with the marketing and generate insightful reports and provide data-driven recommendations
• Schedule social media content and facilitate paid social advertising using Canva for graphics
• Pulling SEO report and checking everything is working how it should be
• Use tools such as Lumlee, Semrush, Google Analytis 4, WordPress, Wix, Magneto and Hike SEO (AI tool)
• You will set clear digital goals and objectives in line with the marketing and generate insightful reports and provide data-driven recommendations

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• Salary – £13,000 – Will be reviewed after 6 months
• Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Early finish Friday’s at 3 PM
• 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
