With a proven track record and extensive experience in developing cutting-edge software for property management, lettings systems, estate agents, and commercial agent systems, they’re excited to offer an IT Technician Apprenticeship position.

In this role, you’ll work towards your IT Technician Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Supporting with password resets and reset cycles where mass resets will be completed
• Helping with the CRM ticketing system in with the ticket is raised, assigned and given a duration to resolve
• Testing and monitoring connection for internal internet
• Installing configuring and upgrading hardware such as printers and phones
• Installing configuring and upgrading software physically and remotely such as Client and Server OS and productivity software

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £13,000 per annum
• Monday – Friday
• 09:00 – 17:00
• 1 hour lunch
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
