Digital Marketing Apprenticeship

Tor Coatings is a leading specialist in the manufacture and distribution of high-performance protective coatings. With a legacy dating back over 40 years, they pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and dedication to their customers. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in expanding their online presence.

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice at Tor Coatings, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to their digital marketing efforts. This is a fantastic entry-level position for someone who is enthusiastic, creative, and eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of digital marketing.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Digital Marketing Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Collaborating with the digital marketing team to create and manage Google Ads, Amazon Ads and social media advertising campaigns
• Optimise advert performance and budget allocation to achieve maximum engagement
• Work closely with the E-commerce Manager and marketing team to improve the websites search engine rankings and organic visibility
• Assist in optimizing the e-commerce platform including product listings, images and descriptions
• Utilise various analytical tools to track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and report upon findings

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £15,000 per annum
• Monday – Friday
• 08:45 – 17:00
• 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
