Interact are a digital marketing and software development agency based in Chorley town centre, who are looking for a new team member to join their expanding business.
They're looking for a trainee creative web designer to work within theirmarketing team. You'll be involved in the design of digital products and services for a range of industries and users, from websites through to social media and printed material. You should be a self-starter and work unsupervised as well as forming part of a larger team, where you’ll be expected to come up with creative ideas and translate these into live websites.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Content Writer Level 3 qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. In addition, training will be provided in-house on the use of website construction tools and techniques.

- Strong attention to detail and can follow a design brief closely.
- The ability to show creativity and produce unique work.
- Can work as part of a team as well as unsupervised.
- Punctual and reliable
- Willing to learn new skills and take on other duties has required by the business.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- Salary – £15,000
- Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM
- 26 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays.
- Equipment provided.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Creative flare and mindset
- Interest in creating videos and web content.
- Experience creating graphics.
- Web design experience beneficial.
- Motivated to learn and grow.
- Grade 4/C in Math’s and English or Functional Skills Level 2.

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Content Creator.
