Glasdon Group are on the hunt for the next Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice to join their rapidly growing team! As an apprentice, you will be tasked with managing all social media accounts, scheduling posts and monitoring their performance, working on SEO and PPC and much more! You will be immersed in all things Marketing and will be given all the tools to build the foundation of a long successful career in the industry.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Manage all social media accounts
• Schedule posts and monitor performance using Hootsuite
• Help develop the company’s email marketing campaigns
• Write blog content
• Work on SEO and PPC
• Drive website sales through website marketing

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
• A strong interest in Digital Marketing
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A good understanding of Social Media
• An analytical mindset
• Grade 5/B in Maths and English GCSE or Functional Skills equivalent
