As an IT Apprentice with ONS, you'll be on your way to achieving your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, guided by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day on the Job:
•              Skillfully managing and resolving ticket issues
•              Setting up, installing, and configuring cutting-edge software and hardware
•              Collaborating on existing network projects and conducting testing
•              Delivering top-notch customer service and technical support
•              Handling password resets and management

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:
•              £14,000 – £16,000 per annum
•              Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
•              23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
•              Engaging quarterly team building activities
•              Progression onto the Level 4 Network Engineer programme

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
•              A genuine passion for all things IT
•              Experience building or upgrading PCs with the latest technologies
•              Team player mentality
•              Outstanding interpersonal skills
•              A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
•              Grade C/level 4 or equivalent in Maths and English
