Promotions Interactive are looking to add the next aspiring Software Developer to its ever-growing team. As a Software Apprentice, you will be collaborating with experienced developers and becoming a part of the growth journey.
You’ll be working with HUGE brands and proudly see your craftsmanship up in lights, each go-live is a moment of glory, recognition, and celebration. You will be hands-on working with brands such as Bombay Sapphire, Starbucks, Volvo, and even Amazon!
You will be hands-on in the full development lifecycle supporting the current team to create Web App software products that are going to help their clients.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Software Development Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Following the full software development lifecycle.
- Coding using mainly HTML, CSS, and jQuery
- Debugging software and rewriting software
- Coding web apps
- Coding Websites
- Planning and implementing development projects with the team.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £18,000 – £19,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5:00 pm
- Performance bonus
- 28 Days holiday including bank holidays.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Passion for Software
- Examples of portfolio work/hobby projects is essential
- Willingness to learn.
- Customer service experience would be beneficial.
- A Grade C/4 in Maths and English or equivalent is essential for this role
Your Training with Baltic:
With our unique apprenticeship programme, you'll build an impressive range of coding skills and learn to thrive as a junior developer. On completion, 95% of our learners remain in full-time employment or progress onto our Level 4 Software Developer qualification.
