Roles and Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a caseload of vacancies, overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with employers to understand their candidate requirements and desired qualifications for each vacancy.
- Establish strong relationships with employers to ensure a clear understanding of their recruitment needs.
- Write compelling job adverts tailored to each vacancy and provide regular updates to employers on the progress of their recruitment campaigns.
- Utilise an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate applications and interactions.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the criteria for apprenticeships and align with employer expectations.
- Provide Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) to candidates regarding their CVs and conduct interview preparation sessions.
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates, strategically matching them to suitable vacancies.
- Continuously assess candidate skills, qualifications, and preferences to facilitate efficient and effective placements.
- Work closely with internal teams, including account managers, to streamline the recruitment process and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and feedback sessions

- Successful placement rate.
- Employer satisfaction scores.
- Candidate retention and satisfaction levels.
- Candidate screening rate.
