Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of a caseload of vacancies, overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with employers to understand their candidate requirements and desired qualifications for each vacancy.
  • Establish strong relationships with employers to ensure a clear understanding of their recruitment needs.
  • Write compelling job adverts tailored to each vacancy and provide regular updates to employers on the progress of their recruitment campaigns.
  • Utilise an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate applications and interactions.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the criteria for apprenticeships and align with employer expectations.
  • Provide Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) to candidates regarding their CVs and conduct interview preparation sessions.
  • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates, strategically matching them to suitable vacancies.
  • Continuously assess candidate skills, qualifications, and preferences to facilitate efficient and effective placements.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including account managers, to streamline the recruitment process and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and feedback sessions

  • Successful placement rate.
  • Employer satisfaction scores.
  • Candidate retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Candidate screening rate.
