Apprenticeship Funding

Apprenticeships are an extremely cost-effective way to recruit new staff or upskill your team. There is a range of government funding available, designed to help you train the next wave of talent or invest in your team’s professional development.

Large organisations with an annual salary bill over £3 million are required to contribute into the Apprenticeship Levy, which employers can use to cover the costs of apprenticeship training and assessment.

SMEs are not required to pay into the Apprenticeship Levy. Instead, the government offers a co-investment model. Under this model, the government covers 95% of the apprenticeship training and assessment costs.

COURSE CONTENT

COURSE 1

In this course, we teach the fundamentals of brand management, equipping apprentices with the skills to effectively position, develop and manage a company brand through marketing activity.

Over two days, we cover:

  • Mission statements, visions, values & hierarchies
  • Marketing plans, briefs & brand guidelines
  • Competitor analysis & market share
  • Data-driven customer segmentation

COURSE 2

In this session, apprentices will learn to use tools such as Canva to create offline marketing content that drives return on investment and can be adapted for online channels.

Over two days, we cover:

  • Event marketing and management
  • Budget management
  • Digital print content creation
  • Taking offline marketing campaigns online

COURSE 3

In this course, we cover effective multi-channel marketing through social media, video, email campaigns, and paid advertising, empowering apprentices to use the AI tools at their disposal to become efficient, data-driven marketers.

Over two days, we cover:

  • Social media content creation
  • Search engine optimisation (SEO)
  • Website design & management
  • Email marketing
  • Leveraging marketing AI tools & platforms

COURSE 4

This hands-on, up-to-date training teaches apprentices how to navigate the platform, analyse reports, and extract actionable insights to optimise your website and campaigns – all while gaining an industry-recognised GA4 certification.

Over two days, we cover:

  • Creating custom reports & data sets
  • Campaign tracking & management
  • Google Ads integration
  • Managing data collection

COURSE 5

In this course, we equip apprentices with the essential data skills and knowledge to evaluate, analyse and maximise the impact of their marketing campaigns, quantifying the return on investment.

Over one day, we cover:

Role Overview

Duration: 12 Months and up to 5 Months End Point Assessment.

As a Multi-Channel Marketer apprentice, you will work under the guidance of your marketing team to support the planning, creation and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various digital channels and social media platforms.

Your role will primarily consist of creating online and offline marketing strategies, targeted campaigns, and written and visual content designed to support customers down the marketing funnel, increase brand authority, and drive revenue.

Salary Expectations

We are proud members of the Decent Wage Pledge and advocate for higher wages for our apprentices. The minimum salary we ask our employers to pay their apprentices is £13,000 though many of our employers pay their apprentices more than this!

The salary of a Multi-Channel Marketer apprentice will vary dependent on your location, company size, and industry. The average salary for a Multi-Channel Marketing apprentice is between £16,000 to £20,000 per year, and apprentices who complete their training and bag a permanent position can expect a salary increase!

Everything we do is built with our learners in mind. To ensure our learners receive the appropriate level of coaching and overall support, each learner has a designated coach that will support them throughout the entirety of their apprenticeship.

Our approach is designed to empower our learners to achieve their full potential, and we take great pride in offering personalised and comprehensive support. We understand that each individual has unique learning needs, goals, and challenges, and we strive to provide tailored support to help our apprentices succeed in their apprenticeship journey.

Working alongside our coaches, we have a dedicated Safeguarding Team. Their main responsibilities are to keep each of our learners safe and protect them from physical abuse, emotional abuse, domestic abuse, cyberbullying, radicalisation, among other safeguarding concerns, and provide physical and mental health support and advice.

All our learners are invited to join our Baltic Community platform, which aims to build a sense of community and camaraderie for our apprentices. We have created a safe space for learners to connect with other like-minded professionals, access support from their peers and coaches, and generally make the most out of their exciting apprenticeship journey!
