Job Title: Training & Assessment Support Officer
Salary: £17,000 - £20,000 per annum (depending on experience and relevant qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Location: Head Office (Newton Aycliffe) & Regular Nationwide Travel
About the Job:
As a Training & Assessment Support Officer, you will join our dedicated Technical Training Team working collaboratively and passionately in supporting the delivery, assessment and exam invigilation of our Level 3 and Level 4 apprenticeship programme.
Your role is critical to the success and achievement of our on program learners; you will be coaching and mentoring learners, managing all uploaded learner work and, above all, having a lasting impact on their future life and career. You will be specifically responsible for supporting in the creation of engaging learning materials for our digital curriculum, working alongside your line manager and other members of the training team. Based upon performance of successful candidates and the needs of the business this may lead to a full-time position within our training team.
A full induction and robust initial training plan will be provided when you start with the company and you will receive ongoing training, development and coaching from your Line Manager, and experienced colleagues to provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to succeed.
