Job Title:                       Technical Trainer – Software Development

Salary:                           £25,000-£30,000 (depending on experience)

Hours:                           40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Location:                       Home based  

Contract:                       6 months fixed term

 
About the Job:

As a Technical Trainer, you will join our dedicated team of Technical Training specialists tasked with delivering engaging and inspiring apprenticeship training to our on programme learners.

From day one, you will be immersed in our culture as you are guided on a learning journey to develop your knowledge and understanding of our Software Development apprenticeship programmes, ways of working and learner journey. With the view to complement your existing Software Development and training expertise, collectively equipping you with the knowledge and skills required to deliver an outstanding and informative learning experience for our learners.

Before you know it, you’ll have your own training schedule and will be delivering our Software Development programme to L3 and L4 learners through our innovative SMART Classroom training platform. As part of this role, you will be responsible for maximising learner’s potential by enabling them to develop the desired skills, behaviours and competencies required to achieve their apprenticeship qualification.

Previous demonstrated experience in the Software Development industry, education and, or apprenticeships is essential. As is an industry recognised training or education qualification, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office packages and a natural curiosity and commitment to your continued learning and development.
