Throughout the course of the morning, you will be taken through a series of assessment activities (both individually and as groups). As you are not required to possess ‘sales’ experience, we will be assessing you against our Baltic Behaviours (Communication, Passion, Enjoyment, Curiosity and Courage) along with your ability to demonstrate the human-skills identified in the Job Description & Person Specifications.

Job Title: Junior/Graduate Business Consultant(s)

Salary: £18,000.00 per annum (rising to £20,000.00 upon successful completion of probation) + £9,000.00 OTE

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Location: Newton Aycliffe

Contract: Permanent
