About the Job:

As a Junior Technical Trainer – Digital Marketing, you will join our dedicated Technical Training Team working collaboratively and passionately in delivering our program of IT apprenticeship standards to our on programme learners.

Your role is critical to the success and achievement of our on programme learners; sharing your knowledge and expertise, enabling growth and development and, above all, having a lasting impact on their future life and career. You will be specifically responsible for the delivery and development of our Digital Marketing programme, delivering high-quality training encompassing knowledge, understanding and supporting in work place competence through our innovative S.M.A.R.T Classrooms. Through this, you will maximise learner’s potential throughout the apprenticeship in enabling their gaining of the desired skills, behaviours and competencies required to achieve their apprenticeship qualification.

A full induction and robust initial training plan will be provided when you start with the company and you will receive ongoing training, development and coaching from your Line Manager, and experienced colleagues to provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to succeed.

About You:

Are you experienced in the Digital Marketing/Digital industry, having worked or trained in the sector?
