Salary: £18,000.00 - £20,000.00 depending on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Contract Type: Permanent

What's the Job?

As a Junior Learning Mentor, you will join our dedicated team of Learning Mentors tasked with delivering passionate and outstanding assessment guidance to our on programme learners.

From day one, you will be immersed in our culture as you develop your knowledge and understanding of our apprenticeship programmes, ways of working and learner journey. During this time, you will also have the opportunity to achieve a fully funded Level 2 Education and Training qualification, equipping you with the knowledge and skills required to deliver show stopping assessment guidance to an allocated caseload of learners. Before you know it, you’ll be playing a crucial role in guiding your own caseload of learners towards the successful and timely achievement of their apprenticeship; having a lasting impact on their future life and career.

Who are you?

We want you to be passionate about education and the role you play in guiding our learners to success! Although experience within the apprenticeship or tech sector is desirable, it is not essential. We have a fantastic training plan designed to guide your learning journey. What is crucial, is a qualification in a relevant discipline (apprenticeship or university), excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office packages and a natural curiosity and commitment to your continued learning and development.
