Job Title: Graduate Operational Management Scheme
Salary: £18,000.00 - £22,000.00 (depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Location: Head Office, Baltic House DL5 6EN
What's the Job?
As an Operational Management Graduate, you will join the business on an initial 24 month development journey. Working on strategic rotations across our Operations Department, you will gain a rich understanding of our culture, mission, values, service and ways of working. At the end of this journey, it is anticipated you will step into an Operational Team Leader role, implementing your knowledge and insight into driving efficiency, productivity, performance and continuous improvement within an Operational service area.
From day one, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process for our apprentices, conducting learner inductions and completing relevant paperwork to enable them to start their apprenticeship journey. During the second half of your journey, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills through a blended approach of internal and external learning and development.

We want you to be innovative, self-sufficient, and passionate about young people and their education! Although experience within the apprenticeship sector is desirable, it’s not essential. We have a fantastic library of tools and resources that will support your learning and development. What is crucial, is a degree in a relevant field, experience using Microsoft packages including Excel, Outlook and Word and an ambition to grow and develop your career with us.
