Job Title: Employer Engagement Manager
Salary: up to £30,000 OTE £50,000 with bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

The North East is home to an IT, Tech and Digital sector which is truly thriving. One of the most productive and fastest-developing in the UK, the sector’s rapid rise is a source of great pride for us in the region. However it can only continue to thrive if it has a growing supply of young talent available for the new opportunities being developed.
To support this goal, a new exciting, rewarding and challenging role is being developed within Baltic Apprenticeships. We are passionate about apprenticeships and helping young people start their careers in the North Easts IT, Tech and Digital space.
But we want to do more, and that is why in 2020 we will start the process of opening a city centre hub network across the region. Starting with Newcastle, the objective will be to work closely with all local stakeholders to create strategic and collaborative plans for growth.
Our new role of Employer Engagement Manager will be responsible for engaging with Newcastle businesses to identify and create opportunities for young people. Working alongside our marketing, talent recruitment and employer engagement teams we will develop a strong team ethos and spirit, supporting the overall business goals, whilst having a little fun along the way.
