Job Title:                       Employer Engagement Manager

Salary:                           £30,000 (depending on experience) OTE £50,000 with bonus

Hours:                           40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Location:                       Newcastle

Contract:                       Permanent

 
About the Job:

Our new role of Employer Engagement Manager will be responsible for engaging with Newcastle businesses to identify and create opportunities for young people. Working alongside our marketing, talent recruitment and employer engagement teams we will develop a strong team ethos and spirit, supporting the overall business goals, whilst having a little fun along the way.

Are you passionate about apprenticeships and the North East’s IT, Tech and Digital space? Do you have customer focused solutions experience? Have you got the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously? Are you a strong business development professional with a talent for positively influencing customers?

Who are you?

You will be passionate about apprenticeships and the North East’s IT, Tech and Digital space. It is essential that you have demonstrated experience in business development and employer engagement, with a talent for positively influencing customers. You will be naturally inquisitive, with a desire to gain a deep understanding of the North East’s IT, Tech and Digital sectors building strong and long-lasting employer relations. A natural talent for positively influencing customers, you will be driven to create as many apprenticeship opportunities for young people in the tech and digital sector.
