Job Title: Assessment & Skills Manager
Salary: £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Location: Head Office - Newton Aycliffe

As we continue our journey toward excellence, we have identified the need to strengthen our Assessment and Skills Management team.
As an Assessment and Skills Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 8 Learning Mentors, ensuring your apprentice cohort is retained, progressed, motivated and ultimately successful at their End Point Assessment.
