I have worked for Baltic since September 2017 following numerous Customer Service Roles.I have always worked in the Customer Service Industry, however previously finance. However when the opportunity came up with Baltic it was an opportunity to help learner progress in the career and also work with employers to see their apprentices succeed.
I believe my previous skills and knowledge gained from working in the finance industry has helped me when I speak with a variety of different people in my current role. This has helped me gain further experience since my time at Baltic.
I have been working at Baltic for nearly Two Years.
I am a Customer Relations Support. As part of my role i provide on going support to apprentices and employers if they may be at risk of not completing their apprenticeship. In addition i conduct the induction at the beginning of their apprenticeship journey. Complaints are also included within my role responsibilities.
I enjoy the delivering of inductions as it gives me job satisfaction being able to advise the apprentice what to expect on their journey.I also enjoy the resolution to any particular difficult situations when dealing with learners / employers, whether this be through a complaint or potential learner at risk.
My favourite memory is The Baltics & The Christmas Party.
My role has changed dramatically since starting, from initially being the only Customer Relations Officer, to expanding and having a team member. The role itself has developed by including further duties as processes have changed. The biggest change would be the delivery of inductions.
Complete the National 3 Peaks in 24 hours... :|
I am always on a diet!
I raised over £1000 for Crohns & Colitis when i ran the Great North Run in 2017. Since then i have continued to raise money for Charity each year when completing the GNR. I have also recently completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, 25 miles, in 8 hours 20 minutes.
I enjoy running, biking, the gym and many other sports. I go walking in various parts of the country on a weekly basis with friends & family. This usually ends up in pub drinks after :)
