I applied for another job through Baltic Recruitment, but was asked if I wanted to put by CV forward for the Apprenticeship Coordinator role (which is what the job title was back then). I have received my GCSEs, 3 A Levels, and a Level 3 and Level 3 in Business Admin. 

I worked in various Admin roles previously, I did my Level 2 apprenticeship in a nursery school office and my level 3 while working at Baltic. I have an Institute of Customer Service qualification, and I am currently completing a Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems. I am also a fire warden.

Working at Baltic

I've been working at Baltic for 3.5 years, I started in Jan 2016. My main role is to be the main point of contact for learners and employers throughout the course of the apprenticeship. I schedule all of their courses and exams, ensure they attend, and ensure they are progressing throughout. Once apprentices have achieved all courses and exams, I then arrange their synoptic project and end point assessment interview. 

The best part of my role is letting learners know when they have passed the apprenticeship. Some of the best memories at Baltic are the Baltic Parties.

My role has changed a lot, with the move from frameworks to standards, there is a huge difference in the way and what we schedule and how we monitor progress.

I would like to go on The Nevis Swing in New Zealand or do a bungee jump to help conquer my fear of heights. I would also like to swim with sharks.

Interesting Fact

I once sat behind Sam Tarly from Game of Thrones at a concert.

Greatest Achievement

My greatest achievement is going back to Uni after dropping out and knowing what I want to do.

Hobbies and Interests

I enjoy painting, and am getting the hang of cake baking and decorating.
