I was seconded into a Team Leader role in my previous workplace, when this came to an end the opportunity came up within Baltic as Customer Relations Manager. 

I have gained a Level 2 Team Leading qualification. I have previously worked as a Customer Service representative, Case Handler, Team Leader, Customer Relations Manager.

I have qualifications in IOCS Communication Qual, Customer Service, Team Leading.

Working at Baltic

I have been working at Baltic for 1 year and 3 months.

I am a Customer Relations Support Officer. I enjoy delivering Inductions, and resolving Customer Complaints.

My favourite memory at Baltic is the Christmas Party. My role has changed a great deal, in processes and in duties. I have changed job title, and my duties now include carrying out inductions.

Volunteer in a third world country - Help those less fortunate.

Greatest Achievement

Many Dancing achievements. However, dancing in the world championships in Blackpool Tower was my greatest and most memorable.

Hobbies and Interests

Walking, Gym, Reading.
