David Pritchard - Pre-Employment Trainer

Topic

[Trainers and Assessors]

I was already working as a tutor/trainer for another company when I was approached by Baltic Recruitment who were looking for a new trainer for the Pre-Employment Training.

I left school with basic qualifications, joined the Military where I attended numerous education courses and gained teaching/training qualifications.

I have previously worked as a Military training instructor, moving on to Military education instructor in education centres, on leaving the Military after 22 years I became an instructor for a national training provider and moved on to be an area Manager and Operations Manager before being made redundant, I then moved on as a trainer for a local North East company before moving to Baltic.

I have gained numerous skills and qualifications including, Security Management/training, Health and Safety, General Management Training, First Aid, Coaching and Mentoring to name a few.

Working at Baltic

I have worked for Baltic for just over 3 years.

I am a pre-employment trainer and apprenticeship assessor.

My favourite memory was meeting the team even though it is only small for my dept and of course working with Helen during apprentice assessments.

I have now taken on apprenticeship assessment role.
