Working at Baltic

I have been working at Baltic for 7 fab years! :)

As an assessment manager here at Baltic, I am responsible for overseeing our learners progress and ensuring we lead, support and review the learner journey from start to finish. It is my responsibility to ensure learners are gateway ready in line with their expected end dates, to allow us time to prepare them as much as possible for their End Point Assessment.

I love the passion our assessment team have for their learners progress and success, I love how rewarding it is seeing our learners journey from their induction, right the way through to their end point assessment result. My favorite memory for me was the time when I was given the opportunity to recruit for my first team member as this allowed me start my management journey.

My role has changed massively since I first started Baltic, I originally started as a marketing apprentice, I then went on to do a business administration L3 apprenticeship in our recruitment team which lead to my Sales coordinator promotion. I was in my Sales Coordinator role for 2 years and then progressed to an Operations Support manager, in this role I got a lot of exposure to our assessment team and I was responsible for recruiting and training Junior Assessors which allowed me to develop as a manager and help shape the futures of aspiring assessors. This role brought huge success with 5 of our Junior assessors. This led me on to my latest role as an assessment manager which I love!
