Topic

[Trainers and Assessors]

After accepting an invitation for a catch up and coffee from a former colleague turned into a job offer.

I have previously worked as a Network Manager at Shotton Hall School, Cisco Regional Academy Manager/CCAI, IT Trainer at Zenos Training, IT Trainer Pearson In Practice, Senior Trainer at VWS and a Senior Trainer at 3aaa.

I Hold various Microsoft, CompTIA Certifications at Professional and Associate level. I have teaching qualification CTTLS & PTTLS along with CAVA Certification. My skills are primarily based in and around IT Infrastructure/Network Engineering.

Working at Baltic

I have been working at Baltic since December 2015.

I am responsible for delivering and assisting our curriculum team in the development of our SMART Classroom environment. The day to day delivery of our Level3/4 courseware. Providing advice/guidance to the other members of the Training team and wider business team where I can.

I enjoy witnessing that moment when our apprentices learn something new, especially when it's something they had previously struggled with.

My favourite memory is being observed and graded outstanding twice in a row by Trevor Turnbull.

Since being promoted from Senior to Consultant I have a support role with our Senior Trainers. I also provide 1-1 support for any apprentices that require this. I have worked closely with the curriculum team in development and quality checking our course ware.
