After accepting an invitation for a catch up and coffee from a former colleague turned into a job offer.
I have previously worked as a Network Manager at Shotton Hall School, Cisco Regional Academy Manager/CCAI, IT Trainer at Zenos Training, IT Trainer Pearson In Practice, Senior Trainer at VWS and a Senior Trainer at 3aaa.
I Hold various Microsoft, CompTIA Certifications at Professional and Associate level. I have teaching qualification CTTLS & PTTLS along with CAVA Certification. My skills are primarily based in and around IT Infrastructure/Network Engineering.
I have been working at Baltic since December 2015.
I am responsible for delivering and assisting our curriculum team in the development of our SMART Classroom environment. The day to day delivery of our Level3/4 courseware. Providing advice/guidance to the other members of the Training team and wider business team where I can.
I enjoy witnessing that moment when our apprentices learn something new, especially when it's something they had previously struggled with.
My favourite memory is being observed and graded outstanding twice in a row by Trevor Turnbull.
Since being promoted from Senior to Consultant I have a support role with our Senior Trainers. I also provide 1-1 support for any apprentices that require this. I have worked closely with the curriculum team in development and quality checking our course ware.

I severely injured my neck, on the same year (1995), same month (May), that the Late, Great, Christopher Reeves Did.
Recovering to where I am today after my neck injury.
