Since leaving school i have completed 2 apprenticeships at Level 2 & Level 3. I have been a Recruitment Resourcer, Admin assistant, teaching assistant in a primary school, I also worked as a mentor for young people in the NCS summer Scheme. I have also completed 2 apprenticeships, one in Childcare Level 3 and one in Customer Service Level 2 whilst working at Baltic to develop my skills and knowledge.
I have worked for Baltic for 2 and a half years. My role is senior customer relations coordinator. I coordinate all the learners within my caseload onto their training courses. I am the first point of contact for employers for any queries or concerns. I manage the learners throughout their apprenticeships from the point they are inducted to completion to ensure they are on track and due to achieve timely.
I mostly enjoy getting to speak to the learners, developing relationships with our customers and seeing the apprentices achieve.
I have so many good memories working at Baltic, such as the Christmas Party's, the Baltic's, Quarterly Treats where everyone comes together.
I started as an apprenticeship coordinator where we looked after the framework learners. Since then, frameworks have been discontinued and replaced by standards which has increased everyone's workload! From May 2017 to February 2019 I also had experience of being a Customer Relations Coordinator who looked after and monitored any learners who were at risk of not achieving to try and reduce retention.
I would love to go to Harry Potter world in Florida as I am a Harry Potter Geek!!

In 2013 I won a national award for volunteering in NCS, I then went on to work for them mentoring young people taking the same course i did.
I enjoy going to the cinema, going to concerts and travelling!
