Like everyone in our sector, we’ve seen a lot of change over the last few years. With the introduction of the apprenticeship levy and new standards, the face of apprenticeships has changed forever.
Based on feedback we receive, we continually review everything we do to ensure we’re offering the best possible experience for our apprentices, employers and staff.
That’s why we’ve given our brand a refresh.
We thought carefully about what makes Baltic so special: a perfect blend of digitally devoted expertise, innovative modern teaching techniques and caring, passionate people. Along with our belief in change, our key priorities are to be digitally dedicated and to offer heroic support.
Two years on from a major rebrand, we’re continuing to refine our identity in order to deliver greater clarity for our stakeholders. With this in mind, we decided to change our name from Baltic Training to Baltic Apprenticeships.
The values at our core remain the same. Our apprenticeship training will still be delivered using our revolutionary online delivery method. But now, we have a brand that truly reflects our vision.
We are also giving our internal people values a refresh: they will now be known as the Baltic Behaviours.
