[Apprentices]

Baltic are on hand to support you throughout your apprenticeship journey, from the initial application, all the way through to your training and final assessment.

We provide you with the training and support you need to gain a qualification in your chosen apprenticeship programme. Whether you’re interested in IT, Software Development or Digital Marketing, we will be there every step of the way.

Recruitment Consultant

The first contact you’ll have from Baltic will be your designated recruitment consultant. This is someone from our recruitment team who will contact you once you have applied for a vacancy on our website. They will guide you through the recruitment process before they put your application forward to the employer. From there, they will help you land your dream job. They’ll support you through the interview and work trial stages to ensure you are ready to start an apprenticeship with us and enter the world of work!

Technical Trainer

Our Trainers deliver technical training on your scheduled SMART Classroom courses. They’ll cover a number of topics relating to your programme, and will be on hand to answer any queries you may have regarding the information covered on the modules.

Assessor

You’ll have contact with your assessor around every 6 weeks throughout your apprenticeship. They will go through your assessment plans, learning logs, microteaches and evaluate how you are getting on within the workplace. They also offer a form of pastoral care to ensure your emotional and physical welfare.

Functional Skills Tutor

If you are undertaking functional skills, your tutor will deliver your training. This will be in Maths and English. They’ll be able to answer any questions you may have regarding your functional skills training and help you pass the exams in order to gain you Level 2 qualification in the subject.

Customer Relations Co-ordinator

As part of your apprenticeship, you will complete scheduled training courses and exams. Your Customer Relations Co-ordinator will arrange these. They will also be able to resolve any general enquires or concerns you may have around your training while you are on programme.

Customer Relations Support Officer

Our Customer Relations Support Officers are on hand to support both you and your employer though any issues you may have that require additional support and guidance.

Safeguarding Officer

We have two safeguarding officers who are available to discuss any concerns you may have regarding your safety or welfare; they will work with you and any relevant parties to resolve any issues.

You can also join our Baltic Alumni page on Facebook and LinkedIn where you can connect with existing and past apprentices to network, promote your own projects and support each other through your apprenticeship programme!
