Coronavirus: Update for Learners and Employers with Baltic Apprenticeships
In light of the recent Public Health announcements on Coronavirus (COVID-19), we’d like to take this opportunity to reassure our learners and employers that Baltic Apprenticeships is continuing to operate, with minimal disruption to our high standards of training and customer service.
As the first training provider to offer a completely digital apprenticeship training platform, Baltic Apprenticeships is in a very strong position to continue delivering our training programmes via our SMART Classroom, with the least possible disturbance to schedule, quality, and service.
We have contingency plans in place to ensure that we can continue to deliver our commitment to learners and employers with minimal upheaval, should any of our employees be affected by the virus.
We will continue to communicate with you as the situation develops in line with the latest guidance from the Government, Public Health England and the World Health Organisation.
Information for Employers:
Learners will continue with their current training schedule, including support and review sessions with their dedicated Baltic Learning Mentor which will also go ahead as scheduled at this juncture.
At Baltic Apprenticeships, our team is able to work remotely, with full access to our systems and communications. If your workplace is disrupted by Coronavirus and this has any impact on your learners, please get in touch so that we can work with you to prevent any progression issues which may arise for your Apprentice during this time. We can be reached on: 01325 638 216.
Meetings between the Baltic Team and prospective apprentice employers will continue at this stage, taking into account current public health guidelines and precautions. We have the ability to conduct meetings remotely, in line with your organisation’s policy or your personal preference.
Information for our Learners:
All of our training programmes will go ahead as planned, delivered through our SMART Classroom. Your online support and review sessions with your Learning Mentor will continue normally for the time being.
