Another fantastic month of nominations. A big thank you to all of our learners for working hard and also to the employers for taking the time to nominate.
Congratulations to Joe Davies from Calibre Secured Networks Ltd for quickly becoming a key member of the team and having a great attitude towards his work. He will be receiving £50 in Love To Shop vouchers. Well done! :)
"Joe joined us only 3 weeks ago..!!
He is already a key member of our team, bringing with him much ambition, a keen desire to progress his career and the ability to just get on and contribute with a can-do attitude!
Joe has started his CCNA study well ahead of the Level 3 programme start date in August and has also taken on a project to implement a new Help Desk for our customers. Not only is he setting it up and inputting huge amounts of data, he is also producing a step-by-step user guide for our customers from scratch. This project is by no means easy but he is tackling it head on. We are so impressed with Joe and cannot thank Baltic enough for helping us find him!
The whole team enjoys working with Joe – he gets along with everyone and brings a young / fresh vibe to our office of crusty dinosaurs!
We have such a positive experience of taking on an Apprentice because of Joe that we are already considering the benefits of another!" - Karen Nelson (Managing Director)
We would also like to say a big thank you to everybody else that was nominated. Please see below for snippets from other nominations.
Charlotte from JustAccounts - "Charlotte is a level 3 apprentice who approaches her work with enthusiasm, commitment and entrepreneurial spirit well beyond her age. She will undertake any task even when she has to find and learn new software to perform it, and rework the project as many times as needed without ever complaining. Her professional growth has been amazing considering the very short period she’s been with us for, she is constantly remodeling herself into a more accomplished, more professional person."
Cameron from Attercopia - "Since joining us 4 months ago he has improved month on month, from learning Local Off-Site SEO and Paid Keyword research in month 1 to last month passing the first of his Google AdWords exams he is absolutely flying. He now manages 1 active Google AdWords campaign, monitors 3 others and thanks to his exam pass is half way to being fully qualified for managing Paid Search Campaigns."
Nathan from Skins and Needles Tattoo Studio - "Nathan has come on with flying colours within the studio, consistently hitting his targets for social media growth, has taken on and redesigned our whole website, and is in the middle of creating an app for us, which will hopefully go live within the next few weeks. "
Nathan from Northumbrian Water - "Nathan has exceeded our expectations. He is highly intelligent and can solve a problem swiftly and has had several comments about his customer focus and ability to provide swift solutions. Nathan has completed all his modules in great style and we are now moving him into a role with our contracting teams for IS Service provision. Nathan’s confidence has grown and senior teams have noticed his input and ability. A real credit to the business."
