Each week our trainers will pick their Learner of the Week. We would like to say a massive thank you to all of the apprentices that put in hard work during work and on training.

Week Commencing 02/10/2017

I was impressed again with Lucy's approach to the course, which was great considering it was her first week on the Level 4. She continues to impress me with her attention to detail and her attitude towards her work; if she doesn't understand something she doesn't stop until she does. An example to all.

Matthew has been fantastic this week, it is great to see a learner so determined to succeed in their apprenticeship. Matthew was always revising, I know this from the countless reports I was receiving in my mail box. He also answered and asked questions throughout the week. Well done!

Jonathan is a very talented learner, and gave very good answers in group discussions. His notes for his coursework are of a very high standard.

Rhys was a little distracted in the chat window, and when completing the first daily test. He was told, and improved instantly and became a great contributor!

Jake has been brilliant. Considering this is his first course with Baltic he proved to me that he can be very professional in the webinars. He showed that he is an extremely talented and smart software developer and all this week he has proven to have an already great knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle.

Callum made excellent progress with no real previous programming experience, e.g. using inheritance. Help was given of minor syntax problems. He was self-reliant, and completed assignment independently. He researched using Google and followed guidance
