Our programmes are funded by the Skills Funding Agency and are designed with employers in mind. We match apprentice candidates with real job vacancies with employers looking to grow or develop their workforce, and with flexible delivery options our training has minimal impact on day to day business operations.
Because our training is fully funded Baltic Apprenticeships offer free of charge apprenticeship training. Therefore, the only cost to an employer is the apprentice wage.
